What “DŌTŌ” Means

“Dōtō” (道東) refers to eastern Hokkaido —

a wild, breathtaking region of drift ice, crater lakes, and misty hot springs.

We chose this name to reflect our design philosophy:

every piece should embody the raw,

enduring beauty of nature and be built to last for generations. 🇯🇵

Who We Are?

DŌTŌ STORE is the furniture brand of The Goods Co., Ltd.

Designed by The Goods and crafted by our sister workshop —

Yamagami Mokko in Tsubetsu — renowned for more than 70 years of craftsmanship.

Both companies share a single owner-CEO, Yuichiro Yamagami.

Together, we design and produce furniture that bridges Japanese craftsmanship with modern versatility.

Our goal? To offer timeless, multi-functional pieces that evolve with you —

from your first apartment to your forever home.

発送準備期間

お支払い確認後、5 日本営業日以内 に発送いたします。営業日は月曜～金曜で、日本の祝日を除きます。

配送目安

北海道の倉庫から出荷されます。香港・台湾・マカオへのお届けには、出荷後 最低 7 日本営業日 ほどかかります。その他の地域はさらに日数を要する場合があります。

注意: 実際の配送日数は、配送業者のスケジュール、通関手続き、予期せぬ物流状況などにより変動する場合があります。

Order Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within five (5) Japanese business days of payment confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday–Friday and exclude Japanese national holidays.

Transit Time

Shipments originate from our Hokkaido warehouse. Please allow an additional minimum of seven (7) business days for delivery to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau after dispatch. Shipments to all other regions may require more time.

Note: Actual transit times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics conditions.

我們將於付款確認後 五（5）個日本工作天 內完成出貨。工作天指週一至週五，不含日本國定假日。

運送時效

所有商品由北海道倉庫寄出。寄往香港、台灣、澳門之訂單，出貨後約需 至少七（7）個日本工作天；其他地區則可能需更長時間。

The Story Between Oliver Tse and Yuichiro Yamagami

Hong Kong–born product designer Oliver Tse, now based in Hokkaido, teamed up with third-generation master craftsman Yamagami Yuichiro to co-found DŌTŌ STORE—a brand devoted to sharing Hokkaido’s finest furniture with the world.

The pair first met in 2017, and an instant connection over precision woodworking and timeless design set the foundation for a lasting partnership.
