Every order ships directly from Hokkaido, Japan, to any region worldwide at no extra charge.

Made to order, 45 to 60 days production

Each piece is made to order by our craftsmen in Hokkaido. Please allow 45 to 60 days from payment confirmation for production. Once your piece is complete, we dispatch it right away and send you the tracking number.

Shipped by FedEx air from Hokkaido, about 7 to 14 business days in transit

Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and others): please allow a minimum of 7 Japanese business days after dispatch.

Oceania, North America and Europe (Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and others): please allow 7 to 14 Japanese business days after dispatch.

Other regions may require more time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance or unforeseen logistics conditions.

Destination duties or import taxes

As orders are shipped directly from Japan, prices do not include destination customs duties, VAT or other import charges. Where applicable, FedEx will contact the recipient directly to arrange payment during customs clearance.
