Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping 

  • Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan:

    • Order amount ≥ HK$800 → Free shipping

    • Order amount < HK$800 → Shipping fee HK$200

     

  • Domestic Japan:

    • Order amount ≥ HK$800 (tax included) → Free shipping

    • Order amount < HK$800 (tax included) → Shipping fee HK$200

    Notes:

    • We will ship within five (5) Japanese business days after payment confirmation (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays).

    • All items are shipped from our Hokkaido warehouse. For orders to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao, delivery takes at least seven (7) Japanese business days after shipping; other regions may take longer. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

     

2. Other Countries/Regions Shipping Rates (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Shipping fees are calculated based on total order weight as follows:

  • 0 kg – 8.4 kg: HK$300

  • 8.5 kg – 15 kg: HK$980

  • 16 kg – 29 kg: HK$1,500

  • 30 kg – 50 kg: HK$6,000

    Notes:

    1. If a single order exceeds 50 kg, please contact customer service for a separate quote.

    2. Order amounts and shipping fees are all quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

    3. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice; please refer to the latest information on our website.
